LOW-CARBON MOBILITY
inovallée runs a Joint Employer Travel Plan which brings together 30 companies and more than 5,000 employees to encourage the use of soft mobility. Mobility events are organized throughout the year to drive change.
TRANSITION LUNCH BREAKS
inovallée and Capgemini co-host awareness lunches and discussions between employees on all transition issues: digital sobriety, decarbonization of energy, climate change, water, etc.

CSR collections of computer equipment
To enable companies to meet D3E requirements, but also and above all to enable obsolete IT equipment to find a second life on the reuse market, inovallée organizes shared collections with AFB, and creates jobs for people with disabilities.
GREEN PURCHASES
Focus on green and recycled products
With its office supplies purchasing center in partnership with Fiducial, inovallée encourages the purchase of green and recycled products, and the optimization of routes to limit the impact of delivery vehicles.
Mobility
Heading towards gentle travel
Scooter and e-bike fleets, car-sharing electric cars, public transport services, negotiated rates for the purchase and maintenance of bicycles... inovallée offers, in partnership with the SMMAG, a set of services for carbon-free mobility.

Aware that economic development must not leave anyone behind, inovallée works alongside associations in its territory to support the most vulnerable people and mobilizes its businesses
BLOOD DONATION
4 annual collections on inovallée
inovallée welcomes EFS trucks to its parking lots 4 times a year and makes its meeting rooms available to facilitate donations. A donation that makes it possible to treat 1 million sick people each year.
CHRISTMAS BOXES
Gifts for the most deprived
inovallée participates every year in the Christmas Boxes operation and gives the gifts collected to two associations: Accueil des SDF and the SESAME collective.
SOLIDARITY COLLECTIONS
Milk and foodstuffs
inovallée is mobilizing alongside Restos du coeur, the Sesame collective and the food bank to collect food for the most disadvantaged.

Because to engage others, it is essential to set an example, the inovallée association strives to change its practices on a daily basis
Stop plastic
Glasses and plastic bottles have been banned from meeting rooms and events. Long live water in carafes, earthenware mugs, and glass or cardboard glasses.
Waste sorting and disability
To optimize waste sorting in its building which houses the Tarmac, inovallée calls on the integration company Elise, a French expert in the collection and recycling of office waste.
Coffee yes, but... happy!
inovallée has replaced all its capsule coffee machines with real bean machines, in partnership with the integration company café joie
When the interview becomes a springboard
For the maintenance of its premises, inovallée has chosen to call on the Solenciel association, which offers a new opportunity to people damaged by prostitution.
Solidarity caterers
For its events, inovallée regularly calls on local solidarity caterers, such as ESAT Ode Traiteur, or Mets Connus.
Local act
For the choice of all its suppliers and partners, inovallée chooses as much as possible locality, the local economy, and young entrepreneurs from the EDLV network.
