Tri-annual consultations
With a professional buyer on mission who manages consultation files, negotiations with suppliers, and contracts.
Contract reviews
Contract reviews are carried out at least every six months with all suppliers to take stock of orders and customer satisfaction.
Annual reporting
Each year, at the time of the call for contributions, you receive a report of your orders and the savings made.
